This spring we have decided to push ourselves to the limit and take on Brighton Marathon!! We are doing it for the experience but also to raise as much money as possible for a fantastic charity - the British Heart Foundation. The British Heart Foundation fund around £100 million of research each year into all heart and circulatory diseases and the things that can cause them. As well as research they are there to support those suffering with any heart or circulatory disease and help them access the services they may need. The work they have done so far has made huge improvements in the management of all kinds of diseases, but they couldn't do it without support. We will all know a friend, family member or person who has been affected in some way by heart or circulatory disease so let's do it for them.
