Me and my boys are hoping to raise awareness and provide aid to the charity mesothelioma UK for my amazing friend Helen who I have worked with for many years in critical care she has just been diagnosed with mesothelioma, she is 39 years old and has a husband and 3 beautiful daughters. She is the most strong and inspirational person I have ever met, She is starting her chemo next week and I was hoping the state of me on a bike cycling 100 miles Will maybe cheer her up just a little and get her thru the first few weeks of chemo! She is aware of this page and has agreed for me to share the above details 

This charity provides emotional and  financial support along with information and advice they are an invaluable service.

Any contribution however small is gratefully appreciated I will post regular updates of our progress and hopefully manage to cycle 100 miles for this amazing cause
