Dave and I will be taking part in the Lake District Ultra Challenge in June 2023, this involves hiking 100km over two days, up and around Kendal in the Lake District! Thats the equivalent of hiking 30miles each day! 

We are doing this to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK. We’ve chosen this charity as in the last 2 years, two people very close to me, my Dad and my Grandad were diagnosed with Bowel Cancer. Sadly, my Grandad passed away earlier this year from the disease, and after a short time of being free of bowel cancer, my Dad is now back fighting it!
