We provide compassionate hospice care to improve quality of life right to the end

Story

For the past 2 years, my family have held the Gibson 5k and BBQ evening in memory of my wonderful dad and to raise money for Princess Alice Hospice. The hospice has meant so much to our family, not only during dad's final weeks but also these past 3 years.

Due to the situation this year, we will be unable to hold the event at Horton Country Park. The event would have been held on Friday 19th June 2020.

In dad's memory and to raise money for Princess Alice Hospice we would like to invite you to join us in a virtual 5k on Friday 19th June. To do this, all we ask of you is to go out to run or walk 5k (anywhere you wish) and then make a donation of any amount to Princess Alice Hospice. We all know how much charities are struggling during this pandemic, so your donation would be very much appreciated by the hospice. To keep it fun, please take a picture of yourself on route and upload to Strava / FB naming it Gibson 5k.
A bottle of wine to the funniest picture 🤣🤣
