Story

Its been about 8 years since I last ran. Not for a bus, not for a bet, not for anything!

So don't ask me why I have decided to run 10k/6.2 miles/a flipping long way because I'm not exactly sure how it happened!

But I do know I want to run FOR something. For a good cause. For the kids. For the NSPCC. They do good stuff for vulnerable children, I'm sure you've seen the tear jerking TV ads.

Ok, so 10k may not seem like much of a distance to run in comparison to a Marathon or the GNR, but this is the girl who, up until a month ago, did not exercise. At all! A donation, no matter how small, will keep me motivated to pound those pavements. And thats not to mention the wonders your donation will do for a kid in dire need of help.

Dig deep :)

The run is on 16th May (Happy Birthday Dad!!) 2010 in Manchester.

And if you're free and in the area .. come and cheer me on! Throw some water on me! Wrap me in tinfoil! Buy me a beer!

Much Love

Kayleigh
