As I'm sure you'll all understand, I don't wish to go into great detail out of respect for the family, but this week we have had to say an emotional and far too premature goodbye to an amazing, strong and courageous woman, who was a Wife, Mother, Nan, Sister, Auntie and Friend.

The support, care and guidance she, and all of those who loved her received from Macmillan Cancer Care Nurses was second to none, and in such a difficult and distressing time for all the family, nothing was too much.
