This year I am running for Alzheimer's Research UK to support Nick, Kate and Bob. It's very difficult to watch this disease take over the lives of the people you love. Alzheimer's dementia is cruel and unforgiving and the only way to beat it is through research into finding a cure.

Alzheimer's Research funds a broad range of projects to understand dementia and drive towards better diagnosis, preventions and treatments.
