This Sunday, 2nd of September, I will be waking up at 8am to cycle 100 kilometres (60 miles). I'm aiming to finish in under 6 hours, so by 2pm I'll be collapsed on a patch of grass.

The route starts at Wythenshawe park taking a loop around the Cheshire Countryside and through Delamere Forest.
