On 5th July, we are running a 5k in Manchester in memory of The Man. Nana Jumah.

As most of you are probably aware, Nana tragically and unexpectedly died on 4th November 2014 whilst at basketball training. He was just 28 years old. He made such an impact on so many people's lives, no words will describe just how much he is missed by so many people. 

As Nana died so unexpectedly we would like to raise as much money and awareness for CRY as possible. Cardiac Risk in the Young is an incredible charity which not only helps provide screening for young adults, they also support those who have lost loved ones, so any donations, big or small would be greatly appreciated.
