Story

On the 18th November we were over the moon that our third round of IVF was positive. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse when on the 7th December at just 7 weeks pregnant I became severely ill. I was very lucky that the NHS managed to save my life but unfortunately i had an Ectopic pregnancy which had ruptured. After leaving the hospital our lives were turned upside down. We managed to find the ectopic trust that have a fantastic website of knowledge and have many resources available such as just talking to someone who has experienced the same thing. So we have decided to take part in the EPT1000 Challenge Covering 1000 miles or a 1000 km within 12 months. Raising awareness and funds to enable the EPT to continue to provide information, education and support to those affected by early pregnancy complications and to the health professionals who care for them.
