Story

One Marine, One Mission, One Thousand Two Hundred Miles

This summer, Apogee is teaming up with ‘Rowing Marine’ Lee Spencer to break world records. The back-to-back and never attempted before Triathlon of GB includes three iconic endurance challenges across the UK:

Swimming the English Channel (21 miles – Lee to do this solely)

Cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats (874 miles, split into 9 days)

Summit the National Three Peaks: Mount Snowdon, Scafell Pike, and Ben Nevis (44 miles).

I am joining ‘Rowing Marine’ Lee Spencer climbing all Three Peaks: Mount Snowdon (7 miles), Scafell Pike (11 miles) and Glen Nevis to Speak Bridge Memorial via Ben Nevis (26 miles) as part of his long 2 week journey... any donations would be very much appreciated!
