In 21st century Britain, everybody should have a place to live. People lose their homes for a variety of reasons. Rising pressure from high rents and low pay, or a sudden life event like losing a job or family breakdown, can quickly force people into homelessness. But it doesn’t need to be like this. 

Supporting Crisis will help to end homelessness for good. This doesn’t mean that no-one will ever lose their home again, but it will help to ensure that everyone facing homelessness gets the help they need quickly. 

No one should face homelessness, and winter can be the hardest time. I’m going to face my fears and swim in open water every week throughout Dec & Jan to raise as much money as possible to support Crisis to end homelessness. Your support in this endeavour will mean so much to me and to those that this money will help.  Thank you.
