I have been working with patients in Oncology for nearly 20 years, I see on a daily basis the importance of research for not only cancer patients  but also members of my family. Advances in research have helped so many cancer patients, many patients are now being diagnosed earlier thanks to research. 

To enable research to continue, fundraising needs to continue. Therefore I decided to run the Cambridge half marathon in March for CRUK.
