Sometimes you have move out of your comfort zone and do something that really challenges you. In summer 2023, our 6 man relay team will be aiming to run 87 miles from Marble Arch in London to Dover; then swim a minimum of 22 miles across the English Channel; then cycle 180 miles from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. 

A big challenge like this warrants a big fundraising target! Please help me raise money for Aspire, a spinal cord injury charity who helps people who are facing the biggest challenge of their lives.
