my daughter was recently was in hospital for an operation and the nurses showed her a lovely selection of new beautiful books that she could read whilst she was in there, she really enjoyed having nice books to look at and it ccertainly seemed to perk her up. when she was ready to be discharged the nurse told her that she could choose one of the special books to take home with her as she had been such a big brave girl. the smile on her face was massive.

this is why i have decided to raise money for readwell books to help all children to feel like this when they arent feeling great, if i can make one child smile by enabling the charity to buy books then i have succeeded.
