Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is the page dedicated to preserving the memory of Katrina Honeyman, who died of cancer on 23rd October 2011.

Charity was always close to Katrina's heart, and she made many generous donations throughout her life. We chose St Gemma's Hospice as the charity of choice in her memory, as this was an organisation which was important to her. In the latter stages of her life the team at St Gemma's provided Katrina and her family with great support, both physically and emotionally, particularly the last 9 days, which she spent there. Katrina was always extremely thankful for the support she had been given, and would want St Gemma's to be able to continue it's work with people who are terminally ill.

St Gemma's is an organisation which relies on charitable donations in order for it to continue to do the remarkable work that it does on a daily basis.

Any donations would be much appreciated, by the people at St Gemma's, Katrina's friends and family.
