The Eve Appeal is the UKs leading gynaecological cancer charity. We fund life-saving research and raise awareness of the five gynaecological cancers: womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal. Throughout May, and the rest of 2023 I will be taking on 60km each month. To try and help save lives so that noone ever has to loose a wonderful person like Julie.  Julie was fun, happy Christmas socks and novelty Christmas pens were our thing then to help avoid Christmas blues we would have January sock competitions.  She was just amazing really.  We also LOVED cake and coffee.  Sadly she was one of the 60 women in the UK diagnosed with one of these cancers. I think you will agree this is far too many and Julie was one of the unlucky ones who did not survive. Too young. Too soon. NOT FAIR!
