Story

I am taking part in the University of Aberdeen 525 Challenge to help provide life-changing support to students at the University of Aberdeen through the Covid-19 525 Bursary Fund.

I'm also taking part to try and take better care of my wellbeing, which has taken a bit of a hit since the start of the pandemic. It might not sound like much, but I’m aiming to take at least 5250 steps every day - some days with work and childcare and homeschooling I get 3000 at most, which is dire! I’m hoping this challenge will make me change that and get on the path to better physical and mental health 🙏
