Katie has never had a haircut since she was born, apart from regularly having the ends trimmed. Her hair is now over 20 inches long. She has always said she would grow her hair long enough to make a wig for a child recovering from cancer or suffering from alopecia. This has been her ultimate goal, to donate her hair to the Little Princess Trust. With her deciding to do this, she has also said she wanted to help local kids recovering and has visited Charlie's House and feels she can support this local charity. With her taking this huge step, she is looking to raise as much as she can to support the  2 charities that are closest to her. Any amount donated will go to help build on the foundations of Charlie's House and bring much needed respite for children in the North East. Her Mummy and Daddy are both heartbroken and delighted that she is making this choice ( we thought it would be in secondary school) and would like to thank you for any donation that is given.
