After many 5 and 10Ks, along with a sprinkling of Race for Life's aswell as our fair share of Reindeer Runs, we decided that it was time to step up the pace a bit and embark on a few half marathons. A few years later, with these and many endless hours of cold, wet training runs, we have taken on the challenge of a lifetime here in the 2009 London Marathon.

Prostate Cancer is a charity very close to our hearts, and we feel that they would really benefit from our and moreso, your support.
