I will be cycling over 200 miles from St. David’s in Pembrokeshire to Swindon with a group of colleagues from Nationwide between 6th and 8th May to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis in memory of our colleague Paul McAllister.

So far the training has been physically and mentally challenging (lots of blood, sweat and tears, literally!) and I'm determined to do the best I possibly can for this fantastic cause.
