I am raising funds to go to Kosovo with BMS Action Teams. This will run from September2019 to June 2020. Over the course of the programme I will be taking part in training at the BMS mission centre in Birmingham for one month with my team members before heading out to Kosovo in October. 

In Kosovo my team will be helping with a local charity that reaches out to a minority community. The time will be split between the charity centre and the secondary school. 

At the centre, we will be involved in running all sorts of fun activities and events such as craft, baking, computing, music and sport, and at the secondary school, we will be involved in delivering lessons either in English or helping with art and music. 

On Sundays my team will attend the local church and  will have opportunities to get involved with the local community. 

Within all of the work me and my team are doing, sharing the love of Jesus and seeing lives transformed will be a fundamental part of what we do. Within the six months I am also excited to grow more in my own faith and independence, whilst also helping those alongside me in their journeys to faith, as well as having vast amounts of fun whilst we all learn and grow more.

Upon return to the UK me and my team will undertake de-briefing before we set out on a tour of visiting churches to report on the work we have been doing.

The £4800 is for me to take part in the programme to cover all of the costs for me to go away for this time. The money from this page will go directly to BMS World Mission. Within the time I am away I will be giving regular updates either through a blog on the BMS website or through other means. Throughout this year I hope to really make a difference to the lives of those around me.
