Event: COPS 30 Miler 2018, on 29 September 2018
The COPS 30 miler is a 30 mile, load-bearing ‘yomp’ across rugged Northumberland countryside, with participants running alongside the Royal Marines.

Story

Heeeeeeeyyyyy!!!! So here goes.... a friend of mine told me on a drunken night out that she was doing this event and asked me to train her in preparation. Of course I said yes! Vanessa is one of the strongest, humble and hard working people I have had the pleasure of meeting in life, so training her for this AMAZING event was a non given. I LOVE people in life that have a positive mind, kind heart and great work ethic..... with that being said it's only right that i support her in her challenge! So, I shall (influenced by much alcohol and my supportive nature) be not only training Vanessa but training myself to be by her side to complete the COPS 30 MILER on 29th of September. It is going to be hard work... but lets face it... what in life isn't!

I just want to be clear, I am not doing this for a "pat on the back" or a "well done" .... I am doing this because a friend asked me for help , helping her reach that goal is all the gratification I need, doing it by her side is a bonus!

I can't wait to see Vanessa pass the finish line! 2 months to go!

IF YOU CAN........ PLEASE DONATE! IF YOU WILL....PLEASE PRAY FOR VANESSA AND I
