Story
On the 25 March 2011, a close friend of mine, Cerys Harding, tragically lost her battle with cancer just over four months after being diagnosed at just 21 years old.
This year, I’m ready to fight back and do what I can to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. Marie Curie has 2,000 nurses in the UK and last year they worked for 1,200,000 hours caring for terminally ill patients like Cerys, including half of all cancer patients who die at home.
With the support of a few friends in October this year I will be climbing Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, with the hope of raising as much money as I can in the memory of my beautiful friend, and the many others who have been affected by this heartbreaking illness. Any donation large or small will be hugely appreciated
