Story

Welcome to my page!

In 2014, I suffered a Vertebral Artery Dissection which caused a Stroke in my Cerebellum. Looking back, it is remarkable how the human body is able to repair and recover after a trauma and actually we too often do not appreciate how fragile and precious it all is.

I am very lucky to be able continue life with few significant effects from that day. My attitude is most definitely to live life well and enjoy absolutely every second.

I am running the Virgin Money London Marathon to raise awareness of Stroke amongst younger people.

Very proud to be running for Team Stroke!
