As you may know, I started running in January this year and have definitely caught the running bug!

I have clearly lost my mind as I have signed up to the Great West Run - a 13 mile half marathon in Exeter on October 18th. This is a massive challenge for me as when I started in January I couldn't even run 100 yards. I think that completing this challenge will prove that I am a proper runner!

I'm raising money for a fabulous little local charity in Devon and Cornwall called Hollywell Housing Trust. They provide much needed supported living services to vulnerable people, enabling them to live independent and fulfilling lives within the community.

Please give generously and keep your fingers crossed that this doesn't kill me....
