8 mile run followed by a cold bath, if you'd heard my screams in that bath you'd be paying up straight away!! Anything you can spare is a big help, and might make my aching legs feel a little better!

When Neil's dad was diagnosed with Mesothelioma last year Asbestos Action Tayside were there from day one with practical advice and support.
