Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Our story begins November 2020 when we found out we were expecting our first baby.

Skip a few months and we are heading to our 20 week gender scan. Everything was looking good until the sonography was silent, we was then told some unexpected news, Our baby girl had fluid on her brain, we was then referred to a consultant for further tests and scans to which they confirmed the fluid on the brain and also found that she had a part of her brain missing. We then got further referred to John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford to see a more senior consultant. They confirmed everything that had been found previously but then added that our baby girl had a hole in her heart.

We was heartbroken.

At 23 weeks 4 days on the 16th April 2021 Millie Jane Carlo found her wings and flew to Heaven. 💕
