Story
My name is Katie, I'm supporting the next generation of British athletes by taking part in SportsAid Week 2021 #mymiles challenge!
I am setting myself a target to walk 45miles twice for sports aid week. That's 90miles in total, approx 35,000 steps a day.
I am a para dressage rider. To summarise my disability, I suffer from cerebral palsy dyspraxia and short term memory loss. The support from charities like sports aid is invaluable as I work towards my goal of getting to the Olympics.
I would very much appreciate your support and donations towards the Sports aid week target of £45,000. This is to celebrate 45 years of the charity.
Anything you can spare 45p, £4.50, £14.50... you get the gist :-) ...would be amazing and I thank you very much in advance.
I will keep you up-to-date with my progress and introduce you to my horses, who will keep me stepping!!
