Story

Nine years ago in May my wonderful Dad died from complications with Parkinson's, having lived with the disease for just over 20 years.  I have been trying to get in to The London Marathon since his death and managed to secure a place this year.

The disease slowly took away his independence, in what should have been his prime retirement years.  His determination pushes me to keep running when all I want to do is give up!

I'm taking part in the 2022 TCS London Marathon as part of Team Cure Parkinson's because they are here for the cure. Your donations will lead to the breakthrough we all want to see. Together we will find a cure for Parkinson's.
