Story
Just out of a zoom call with CLAPA acting as a volunteer to support grandparents on the cleft journey. The opportunities that CLAPA provide to support everyone involved and who loves the child or young person with cleft is amazing. I witness first hand how valuable that support is to families. To lose it would have a tremendous impact on those who rely on these opportunities. It would mean less support, less education, less help for those families who have a cleft child in the UK.
When a cleft child is born, support is invaluable for the emotional, mental and physical well being of all involved.
From CLAPA - 'The UK's only national cleft support charity urgently needs your help. Our income has fallen catastrophically after the pandemic, leaving the future of our services in serious danger. Please, give what you can to help us be there for families like yours for years to come'.... and you may be the lucky winner of the portrait if you enter. Make sure you pop on over to my email or Social Media and let me know you have donated. Then I will be able to let you know if you win!!!
All names will go into a draw and one person who donated to help save CLAPA will win a place in the 100 Cleft Portrait Collection ❤️
