My name is Katie Lutz and I'm so excited to be running my first full marathon!! This has been a dream of mine since I was 10 years old and my grandmother passed away. She was an avid runner and completed multiple marathons, often placing within the younger age groups!

I couldn't imagine running my first marathon for a better cause. FCA's mission is very meaningful to me growing up in a single-parent household. In high school, I worked with our local homeless shelters to provide music lessons for the kids. In college, this passion led me to pursue a Psychology & Women's and Gender Studies degree, which grew into a possible career path. Now, I am a law student hoping to become a family lawyer and give families and children a voice in the legal system.
