On May 22nd 2022, I will be taking part in the Great Manchester run half marathon to fundraise for Royal Manchester Children's hospital. It is a charity close to my family's heart following our son, Logan, spending 2 weeks in their paediatric intensive care unit in December 2021. The treatment and care he received saved his life and we will be eternally grateful. Fundraising for the charity is my way of giving something back and helping them continue their excellent work.
