Story
As most of you know my godson died at 2 years old due to a rare metabolic condition..
On September 29th 2014, beautiful little cheeky monkey lost his life due a battle against a rare metabolic condition called VLCAD.
VLCAD prevents the body from converting fats into energy especially in fasting periods. Jack came down with a sickness bug and within hours he was too weak to fight anymore.
I am fundraising for his tribute fund and raising awareness on how serious and quickly it can cause problems especially on children too young to tell you they don't feel well.
