I'm taking on the challenge of running the Great North Run on 11th September 2022. I'm not a natural runner by any means, but I'm giving it a go in the hopes of raising some money for the MND Association, a charity which helps people diagnosed & living with Motor Neurone Disease and their families. 

As most will know, my stepdad John was diagnosed in 2016 and passed away in 2019 with this disease. There's still no known cause or cure. The MNDA also fund vital research into this disease.

Please give whatever you can, it will help me along each mile round the Toon in September!
