As someone who wouldn't even run for the bus... the idea of running a Marathon is a curious one. But when I heard that it was for Headway Jersey I started to seriously think about it. 

As my family and friends will know my husband suffered a serious  and life changing head injury around 4 years ago.

Thankfully my husband made an amazingly speedy recovery and this was down to his determination and a drive not to be beaten by what had happened!

We never felt the need to use the services offered to us by Headway, a choice that not all people are able to make following a head injury. 

Looking back now, things could have been very different for us, you never know what is just around the corner and thankfully we are fortunate enough in Jersey to have Headway supporting and caring for people who find themselves in need.

Please give what ever you feel you can so that Headway can keep providing this amazing service!
