At Trinity, every moment matters. The staff go above and beyond to help patients and their families make the most of every moment they have left. Last year, Trinity cared for over 2,400 people at the hospice and out in the community. All donations will help Trinity continue to provide their vital care, free of charge, and be there for patients and their families.
