Event: March For Migraine, from 1 March 2023 to 31 March 2023
Run, walk, hop or skip, there are many ways to take your 190,000 steps for March for Migraine! It's a fun challenge that you can take at your own pace. Every step you take will be helping raise crucial funds to support people with migraine.

Story

Migraine is the most common and disabling neurological disorder in the UK, which affects 1 in 7 people. It affects a lot of this team, including me. Migraine affects many aspects of my life and is truly debilitating and depressing.  For me it is part of the periMenopause, as for so many women, but it is triggered by so many things and needs to be understood more and eradicated. The Migraine Trust is the largest charity dedicated to the fight against migraine in the UK. Your donation will help them continue to fund research, provide support and information, and campaign for change. Please donate to #MarchForMigraine today to help those of us living with migraine. Thank you
