Last year Jenny, Pip and I walked the Culture Crawl to support Maggie's. Jenny was in the middle of 15 months of chemotherapy for glioblastoma and it was by far the longest walk she'd managed since her diagnosis. 

Jenny had joined a creative writing group at Maggie's and this gave her the confidence to join other literary and arts events in Nottingham. She wanted to give something back so she signed herself, Pip and me up as soon as this year's walk was announced. She was really looking forward to it and often mentioned how much she'd enjoyed sharing last year's crawl with Pip and me, about how magical the night had been and pointing out places we'd walked. 

Sadly, Jenny died on August 16th.  

Her Auntie Jill is going to walk with us in Jenny's place.
