I haven't done anything like this since I was at college, but as my lovely sister asked me so nicely, how could I say no ?! WAMDSAD is a fantastic local charity, raising funds to help send atheltes in our Great Britain Paralympic Team to the London 2012 Paralympics and beyond.

To add a little fun to proceedings, the ladies on the push will be dressed as Hawaiin Hula Girls and if you're really unlucky one or two of the boys might be too ! The Hula Girls will be accompanied by Elvis uh huh huh and we will be pushing our gracious and brave disabled volunteers through Ascot, Windsor and Maidenhead.

Stella would like you to know she will also be doing an ice-cream scoff at the end of the event. She is hoping to beat her all time record of 5 seconds for a double 99 flake, complete with cone, flake and my finger !
