Autism NI is an organisation so close to my heart. Jai received his autism diagnosis early in the first lockdown in 2020. Statutory services weren’t operating and I felt ill-equipped to understand and meet Jai’s needs. One phone call to Autism NI and everything began to fall into place. We were referred to the family support officer who not only gave lots of advice but also developed tailored resources for Jai. Autism NI really felt like a life line and our whole family is so appreciative of the support we received.
