I am taking on the Great Manchester  Run to raise £400 to help improve the lives for people living with this awful disease.

As you all know I love music 🎼🎼 and £400 will pay for 8 singing for the brain sessions a month.

Research suggests listening or singing can prove emotional and behavioural benefits for people with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.

Musical aptitude and appreciation are two of the last remaining cognitive abilities found in dementia patients as the musical memory is shown to survive relatively undamaged, this can help patients move beyond the disease and can be an important channel of communication when others are challenged.

Please help me reach this target and give them a voice and music in their soul  ❤️❤️🎼🎼🎼🎼
