Getting into some kind of shape for this challenge hasn’t been easy.  Like so many other runners on 22^nd June, I’m not a natural athlete – however, I’m determined to give it a go.  Although I haven’t set myself a time to compete the 10k, I know that with your encouragement (sponsorship that is!) I will finish that course!  I’ve chosen the Yorkshire Cancer Centre Appeal because not only do I work in this fantastic building; I also recognise the additional benefits

that the £10m Appeal will make to our cancer patients.  Thank you for your encouragement.
