This September I will be running in the Big Fun Run at Dundee's Camperdown Park to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support. I've been involved in raising money for MacMillan's for years but after the death of my sister I've decided to step things up this year! So I have a long way to go before I can run 5k without carrying an oxygen cylinder with me but I'm determined to put in a good show.

18/05/11....First training run today! It wasn't as awful as I expected and I think I managed to run about a mile of the two mile distance from work to home :D
