And to celebrate and raise funds we are Walking from Keswick to Kendal Being a Carer can be rewarding, but it can be challenging at times too. The pandemic has significantly increased the impact on Carers and many find they don't have time to look after their own health and social needs. Breaks from caring responsibilities can be a lifeline, but many Carers struggle to get time away. 64% of Carers had no breaks at all during the pandemic and 78% say they don't get the breaks they need.
