It's been four years since my Mum passed away and I miss her all the time...

My Mum was given a great deal of care by The Christie when she was ill and this is my attempt at giving something back...

I can't believe I'm doing a Triathlon; it will definitely be a challenge!

I will be participating in The Tatton Park Sprint Triathlon on Saturday 10th September. This includes a 750m swim, 19k bike ride and 5k run.
