Hi All

I am taking part in the 5km Santa Dash around Liverpool City Centre. Not a massive challenge for some but with my long standing allergy to exercise to overcome (circa 30 years) it is for me!

I would therefore really love your support along with donations of lovely cash that will go to Mencap, a charity that works to help adults and children with learning disabilities.
