Fundraising for Alzheimer's Society
Story
I am doing the Cardiff memory walk in memory of my Dad (David (Dai) A. Knowles who sadly passed away in October 2012.
My daughter is also doing memory walk in memory of a loving Grampy.
We have formed and joined a team called The D.A.K. Supporters.
We came up with the name using my dads initials as we are walking in his memory and at the same time supporting dementia.
And also thanks to Rebecca Fishbourne who has joined our team and walking to help raise funds for a good cause.
