DCH Charity 100km Challenge July 2019 · 1 July 2019 to 31 July 2019 ·

To complete the challenge and receive your Challenge Hero medal, you can run, walk, swim or cycle or a combination of these to reach the target of 100km throughout the month of July

Story

I am raising money for Morton Ward to put towards a bladder scanner for the ward and also towards an Ultrasound Machine for the Respiratory Department.  This will be a massive challenge as I am not the fittest or best runner. Any contributions would be greatly received. Thank you for taking part in our 70 km Challenge as part of the NHS 70 celebrations. To complete the challenge and receive your Challenge Hero medal, you can run, walk, swim or cycle or a combination of these to reach the target of 70km throughout the month of July 2018. You can complete the distance at your own pace - its all about completing the challenge, not about the speed it took to get there. You can choose to raise money either for the Hospital Ward/Department of your choice or for the Cancer Appeal. Once you have completed the challenge, you will need to email charity@dchft.nhs.uk with proof of your completion. Proof can include screen shots of fitness trackers, photos of fitness watches, parkrun times etc. When we have received your evidence, we will post out your medal and certificate to you. Registration for this event is free, although we would like you to raise a suggested minimum sponsorship of £50.00.
