Once again I am donning my trainers in the hope of raising funds for Alzheimer's Society. As many of you know, my sweet Grandma passed away 5 years ago, as a result of a cruel battle with Alzheimer's. My Grandad passed away a week later; I believe of exhaustion and of a broken heart. He was her carer.
